Few hours before: Kashvi takes Simran in her car. Simran says what problem you want to bring in my life. Kashvi says I want to help you and tells that Micky told her everything that her marriage with Harman was forced on her. She says he said that you don’t love him, and Harman and his family torture you, and that boy is not your son. She says I know that I hurt you a lot and accused you big, and that’s why I want to apologize to you for this. She says I want to rectify my mistake and wants to help you. She asks her to think about her coming life and says I will come and take you. She says I will come to your house at 12 in night and will take you from there. She asks her to behave normally so that nobody doubts her.
Mahima tries the clothes, when a mysterious caller calls and says I know your secret and asks her to come and meet her. Mahima asks her to send the location. She wonders what secret, this person knows. She goes to Gitika’s house and sees her. She asks why you are blackmailing me? Gitika says Kashvi has returned. Mahima says I know. Gitika says I heard Kashvi and Simran talking in the market. A fb is shown, Gitika spies on Simran and hears Kashvi saying that she will come to pick her at 12. She thinks I won’t let Kashvi’s plan succeed and will fail it. She knows what to do. Fb ends.
Mahima says Kashvi is doing this for Micky’s love. Gitika asks Mahima if Micky is her brother too and then asks her to stop Kashvi from helping Simran to elope else, she will tell Kashvi that her son is alive. Simran hears them and feels sympathetic for her, and thinks Kashvi was thinking that her son is dead. She thinks to inform Kashvi, just then she sees Harman standing in front of her. Harman asks where you are going? He holds her by her hair. Simran asks him to leave her, and says I am going to tell your truth. Gitika hears and says I will see her. Mahima asks what is happening? Gitika goes to Simran and says what is this drama. Simran says that your tamasha will happen and asks what kind of people you are. She says Kashvi had thought that her son is dead and tells that she will tell her truth that her son is alive. Harman stops her and holds her hand. Gitika says you will tell when you are alive. She slaps Simran and asks Harman to lock her in the room. Harman says we will send you for forever.
Mahima asks what the hell is this, you are asking me to handle Kashvi, and you can’t handle your bahu. Gitika says Simran is in my clutch and says Kashvi didn’t realize till now that I am that doctor who gave her news that her son is dead. She says if she meets me then she will remember. Mahima says I will handle her and asks her to make sure that her secret shall be a secret. Kashvi and Arjun talk about making new identities ready for Simran and Micky so that they don’t have any trouble. Peon comes and gives Arjun’s tiffin to him. Kashvi says we will meet after lunch. Arjun tells Kashvi that they will have lunch together. Kashvi says I do lunch…Arjun insists him to have lunch with her and says we will discuss the plan. They sit to have food. Arjun opens Kashvi’s tiffin and gets happy seeing Dal Makhini. Kashvi opens Arjun’s tiffin and finds note. She thinks Mahima sent love note to him. Arjun checks and tells her that Mahima has written that she is busy with her friend’s kitty and couldn’t send food to me like always. He gets sad and tells that he doesn’t have any food to share with her. Kashvi asks him to have dal makhani and tells that Dadi always sends extra food. He says he will have food in the canteen and tells that all his wishes haven’t come true.
Kashvi says he can have dal makhani. They start having food. Arjun makes Kashvi have water as she coughs. Simran tells Harman to let her go. Harman takes the rope to tie her to chair. Simran hugs him and takes his mobile. He pushes her on the bed. She hides the phone under the blanket. Harman says I will do whatever my mother says. He ties her and goes. Simran gets the phone somehow and messages Kashvi that she will come there at 12 and will tell her truth about her life. Arjun and Kashvi find their food. Arjun sees dal on her lips and tries to wipe it. Adi comes there and says Dadi had called me and said that she had sent Dal makhani for me specially, so I came to have it. He finds the tiffin empty and says it is over. Arjun says I had it, Aditya and says it was amazing. He says sadly you couldn’t eat it; it was not in your destiny. Aditya says you know what, time passes, and life changes and it is not same always. He says you never know what happens in future, what is in your destiny, becomes mine. Arjun says nobody can snatch anyone’s destiny, whatever you want to get, I got it, it was written in my destiny. He says today destiny was with me. Aditya says let’s see destiny supports whom. Adi tells Arjun that let’s see whom destiny supports. He says your stomach was filled, so I will go to canteen and have food. Arjun says tasty food is given in canteen. Adi goes. Kashvi asks Arjun what did he do? Arjun says Dal makhani was in my destiny today and tells that how can he miss Dadi’s made food. Kashvi goes out and tells that she didn’t realize that Dadi sent extra food for you.
Adi says you know that I love Dadi’s food so much. Kashvi says Arjun’s tiffin was empty, so I asked him to share food with my tiffin. Adi says its ok, I will go to canteen. Kashvi says she will come along with him. She gets Simran’s message and tells Adi. Adi says he will bring Micky out of jail and goes. Kashvi thinks what the big thing is, which is related to my life, and how did Simran come to know and from where. Harman tells Gitika that his son was getting very stubborn. Gitika asks him to call Nandu Kirana and get the stuff. Harman checks for his phone. Gitika asks if phone fell down in Simran’s room. Harman says I will check. Simran gets shocked. Harman comes to Simran’s room and asks her if my phone is here. Simran thinks it is good that I deleted the message on time and threw the phone. She thinks to meet Kashvi at 12. Adi tells Arjun and Kashvi that he has made arrangement of car and driver and asks them to meet him outside Faridabad’s check post and says from there, I will send Micky and Simran to the safe house. Kashvi says we have to go to Simran now. Arjun says we can’t make her wait. Simran thinks when Harman will bring food for her. She thinks just as he opens her, she will flee. Harman and his mother bring food and asks her to eat. Simran gets up, takes sarees from the cupboard and ties it. She looks down to climb down. Kashvi and Arjun are waiting for her. Arjun says we shall wait.
Just then they see Simran fallen down on the road from her house balcony. They rush to her and sees Simran heavily injured. Kashvi says Simran. Arjun says nothing will happen to you; I will call Ambulance. Simran says I want to say something and says your…. Kashvi asks her to say. Simran faints…. Gitika and Harman come there. Gitika asks what happened to Simran? Kashvi says you have killed her. Harman says we came out hearing the sound and accuses Kashvi of killing her. Arjun asks them not to accuse Kashvi. Kashvi says I know that you used to torture Simran. Gitika says you are taking revenge on us, as we got your brother arrested. Kashvi says they came to know about Simran’s plan to elope and that’s why they pushed her.

Gitika recalls seeing Simran trying to elope. She stops her and slaps her hard. She calls Harman and tells him that Simran was eloping. Harman slaps her too, and says you are calling your death. Gitika asks Harman to take her to terrace. Simran says don’t kill me, I will not run away from home. Gitika says get rid of your life. They push Simran down from the terrace. Fb ends. Gitika says we didn’t kill her, and says if you are mad, if you are saying that you didn’t kill her, then she might have done it herself as she was repenting and committed suicide. Kashvi asks them not to act and tells that she was happy with her new life, and says this is not suicide, but murder. Arjun says
Arjun checks her and says she is breathing. He says we can’t wait for ambulance and shall take her to hospital. He lifts Simran.
Harman and Gitika are in the another car. Gitika tells that they have to reach hospital before them and make sure that Simran don’t tell truth to Kashvi. She calls Mahima and tells that they caught Simran, and pushed her from terrace, but she got saved, and Kashvi and Arjun took her to City hospital, and we are going behind them. She asks her to do something so that Simran don’t get saved and says Kashvi shall not know about her son. Mahima says I will think something. She thinks to go there and kill Simran. She gets ready. Karun tells Mahima that he will come with her. He gets stubborn. Mahima says ok.
Kashvi and Arjun take Simran to hospital. Arjun says he will do the paper work. Kashvi asks Doctor to save Simran. Harman and Gitika reach there. Gitika tells that Simran shall not be saved. Micky and Adi are in the car. Micky thanks Adi for their help. Kashvi calls Adi and tells him everything. She asks him not to bring Micky here, and be with him and says if Simran’s family sees Micky then they will harm him. Adi says I am with Micky. Micky cries and says Simran needs me and I am not with her.
Mahima brings karun to the hospital and asks him to sit until she completes her work. He sits and sees a cat. He says I will take you to doctor. Kashvi prays to God to save Simran. Karun gives cat to nurse and asks her to give medicine to it. Nurse takes it. Karun sees Kashvi with blood stains on her face. He thinks how to save her, she is injured and thinks if I see her face, then she will die, how to save her. Arjun tells Kashvi, I will drop you home and then you can rest, you need it. Tu Hai toh Mujhe plays…..He makes her wear his coat. Kashvi thanks him. She slips, while he holds her. Tu hai toh plays….Adi comes there in his car and sees Kashvi in his embrace. He rings the car horn and comes out. He asks Kashvi if she is ok. Kashvi says she is fine, but worried. She says what we thought, what has happened.
Adi says this is life, all wishes don’t come true. He asks her to come home and rest. He asks her about the jacket. Arjun says she was feeling cold and that’s why I gave. Adi removes Arjun’s jacket and tells him that Kashvi don’t need it, as she is habitual to use her own stuff. She says I have her shawl in my car and she uses it when she feels cold. Kashvi says actually. He brings shawl and covers her. He then asks her to tell everything in detail. Kashvi tells him everything. Adi says Micky will be shattered. Kashvi says yes. He says he is going to Delhi tomorrow morning, so she shall keep eye on Simran’s case and update him. She says ok. They leave.

Arjun comes home. Mahima pretends to be feeling stomach pain and asks Arjun to drop Karun to hospital. Arjun says ok, and asks her to call him if she feels more pain, and don’t go to hospital like yesterday. They leave. Mahima thinks to go and kill Simran. Romila brings soup and asks Mahima, you seem to be fine, then why Arjun thought you are unwell. Mahima says she don’t want to tell her and goes. She comes to the hospital, wearing saree, scarf and googles, hiding her face. She comes to the changing room and wears nurse uniform. She comes to Simran’s ward. The Constable asks stops her. Mahima says she wants to give medicine to Patient and goes inside.

She comes inside the ward and tells Simran that everything is happening because of her. She says if you had not threatened me that you will tell Kashvi about her son, then you would have been fine today, but you threatened and wanted to expose me. She says you threatened and forced me to kill you. She says I will not leave you alive and asks her to die. She takes out oxygen mask, and the support system. Simran takes heavy breath. Kashvi comes there and asks Constables if everything is fine. The constable says yes. Nurse comes there and says she wants to give medicine to Simran. Constable says other nurse has already gone there to give her medicine. The nurse says she is specially appointed for Simran’s care. Kashvi says she knows that she is the nurse, as she has been taking care of her since the treatment started. She says we shall go inside and check. She comes inside and shouts stop it. Mahima is about to give her poison injection and stops, and thinks they can’t catch me, else I will be exposed and my everything will be ruined. She covers her face with mask and runs out of the window. Kashvi asks Nurse to check her and says nothing shall happen to her. Nurse makes Simran wear the oxygen mask, while Kashvi and the Police team run behind Mahima. Mahima pushes stretcher on their way and then she sprays fire extinguisher on them and runs out. They come out and sees her sitting in the auto and leaving. Kashvi wonders who was that lady, thinks Harman and Gitika are in the lock up. Kashvi comes back in the hospital, and nurse tells her that thankfully Simran is fine.
Arjun comes there and asks what happened? Kashvi tells him everything and tells that some lady wanted to kill her. Arjun says her mother-in-law and husband are in the hospital. He says who was she, we shall find out. He says he has an idea and tells that they will release press release that Simran has gained conscious and is recovering, then that killer will come to kill her. Kashvi agrees. Mahima says that she got saved somehow and thinks to send someone to kill her. She gets idea to send someone to kill Simran.
Kashvi shares their plan with the Police and tells that Arjun and I will be in the Almira and says that the killer can come in any uniform, and says if they get doubtful then don’t stop, but let them come. Arjun and Kashvi hide in the almira, and look at each other. Kashvi thinks why I didn’t think this before. Arjun thinks when she is closer to him, he wants to tell her how much he loves her, but he can’t say as she has moved on in life with Aditya. Arjun feels pain in his leg and tells that it is like frozen. Kashvi says you are civil service trainee, and says we are training you to stay in forest, climb on the tree etc. He asks her to help him. Kashvi asks his leg to wake up. He says his leg is not having ears and asks her to massage his feet. Kashvi says I am your boss. He asks if you massage my leg, then will you become my wife. Kashvi asks him to think before saying. Arjun says he didn’t mean that. She tries to help him, and her earring get stuck to his sweater. He frees her earrings. Yeh hain chahatein song plays……He asks if she is feeling pain in her earring. Kashvi nods no. Kashvi and Arjun hide in the cupboard. Adi tells Kashvi that he is on the way to Faridabad and asks if everything is fine there. Kashvi says I am on a mission and will call you later. She ends the call. Adi asks on what mission? Arjun asks Kashvi if she will answer him?
He asks that day Adi proposed you and asks when you both are marrying. He asks if you are doing destination wedding. Kashvi says I am not getting married to Adi, and says it is easy for you to change partners, but not for me. She says I am repenting after marrying once. Arjun asks if you are not marrying Adi. Kashvi says no. He thinks why I am happy, my love will never be complete, as I can’t leave Mahima due to Karun, and I can’t get Kashvi. The Nurse comes there and lights Agarbatti sticks. They feel the smell and come out of the cupboard. They see Simran having difficulty in breathing. Nurse says I had only lit the incence stick. Arjun asks her to take it away and says he will call the doctor. Simran tells Kashvi, your baby is alive.
Kashvi asks who told you? Simran says 5 years ago, your baby was changed with dead baby and the dead baby was shown to you, your baby is still alive. Kashvi asks who told you? Simran says my Sa…. and she succumbs to death. Kashvi cries and asks her to say. Doctor comes there and sees the machine showing 0. He checks her and says she is no more. Arjun asks Doctor to check her. Doctor says now nothing can be done. Kashvi stands shocked and leaves from there.
Kashvi cries thinking of Simran’s last words. She says my son is alive and I was crying always that I have lost my baby. She asks God, why did he do this with her, and why he gave such a big punishment to her. She says first you snatched my love and then my baby, how can you do this with me. She sits on the road and cries. She asks how to search my baby and asks how to bring the lost years. She says I didn’t know if it is boy or girl and tells that she will search her baby. She says she will bring all the lost moments back. She says I have lost my everything but will not lose my baby. She challenges God that she will search her son.
Romila comes home. Mahima asks if everything is fine. Romila recalls and a fb is shown, Romila comes to constable as the old lady and gives them sweets as prasad and tells that her son has recovered from cancer just now, so she is distributing sweets. She gives it to the people standing there. She looks out for the Nurse. Simran’s nurse comes there. Romila gives her sweets. Nurse says she is fasting. Romila asks her to feed it to the patient. Nurse says patient is in coma and can’t have it. Romila then gives her incense stick to burn in the room and says it will make her fine. Nurse takes it. fb ends. Romila says that the work was in her hands, and that’s why they have won. She says Kashvi and her police men were stupid, and says Nurse took the poisonous agarbatti in Simran’s room and lit it. She appreciates Mahima’s plan and tells that Simran went away from your life very far.

Mahima says we shall celebrate our victory. Kashvi thinks Simran knew this secret, and she died due to this secret. She says Simran had known where my son and that’s why someone killed her. She thinks how to search them. She says I missed all the moments with my son…and cries. I missed his first Maa…. Adi comes there holding Umbrella and asks what happened?
Kashvi says Simran is no more. Adi says what is destined to happens, happen surely. He says you would have consulted me before making this plan, and says you trusted Arjun. He says you are responsible for Simran’s death. He says that what we will say to Media and Simran’s family. He says Simran’s mother-in-law will accuse you. Kashvi says she will not become the murderer with her accusation. She tells him that if he knows what Simran said before dying and tells Dadi that Simran said that her baby is alive and was swapped with a dead baby. She says that her baby is alive now and goes. Adi tells Dadi that he didn’t know that Kashvi had given birth to a baby and tells that where she will search her baby. Dadi says we have to handle her. Adi says I will handle her.
Mahima opens the champagne bottle and serves to Romila and herself. Romila says it is for our super-duper plan. Mahima says we did it, stupid Simran is gone from our way and now Kashvi will never come to know about her baby. Adi apologizes to Kashvi and tells that he was rude to her. He promises her that she will not suffer more and very soon he will search her son. Kashvi thanks him. She says I will promise my baby and says it is the promise made to myself and to my child. She says she will search her/him.
